3. Pricing and Payments

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or breaches of ACL consumer guarantees.

All content (logos, text, images) on our website is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account/access if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve disputes.
Mediation: If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation in Melbourne, Victoria, before litigation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
