- Melbourne Metro: Flat rate of $49 AUD per order.
- Victoria Regional: Flat rate of $59 AUD per order.
- Interstate: Flat rate of $79 AUD per order.
- Free Shipping: Applies to all orders over $1,000 AUD (subtotal before taxes and shipping).
3. Free Shipping Eligibility
- Orders exceeding $1,000 AUD (before taxes and shipping) automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
- Excludes bulky/heavy items or special delivery requirements (see Exceptions).

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
- Delivery timelines begin once the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Melbourne Metro: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Melbourne Regional: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Interstate: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delays due to product availability or carrier issues will be communicated promptly.
