Welcome to the KSA Rewards Loyalty Program by Key Supplies Australia. This program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Program Overview
- Earn 1 point for every $5 spent on eligible purchases (pre-tax).
- Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout (100 points = $1).
- Enjoy exclusive bonus opportunities and member-only offers.
2. Earning Points
- Base Earnings:
- 1 point for every $5 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points are rounded up to the nearest whole number (e.g., $9 = 2 points).
- Eligible Purchases:
- Most products qualify except gift cards, taxes, shipping, fees, and some bulky items.
- Points are credited within 24 hours after order completion.
- Bonus Opportunities:
- Create an Account: +500 points
- Double Points Days: Earn extra points during promotions.
- Refer-a-Friend: +1000 points per successful referral (minimum order $50).
- Leave a Positive Review: +500 points
3. Redeeming Points
- Redemption Rate:
- 100 points = $1 discount
- Points may be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
- How to Redeem:
- At checkout, enable the “Use Rewards Points” option.
- Enter the number of points to apply (minimum 100 points).
- Discount is applied before payment is made.
4. Policies
- Point Expiration: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).
- Returns & Adjustments:
- Returned items will have their earned points deducted.
- If redeemed points were used, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
- Exclusions: Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or transferred to other accounts.
- Fraud Prevention: Suspicious activity (e.g., fake referrals) may result in forfeiture of points and account suspension.
5. Member Communication
- Track your points via the account dashboard.
- Receive monthly point summaries and promotional alerts via email.
6. Terms & Conditions
- Participation in the KSA Rewards Program is free and voluntary.
- Key Supplies Australia reserves the right to change program terms with 30 days’ notice.
