Description
GOLD SERIES Cutters are manufactured from M2AL High-Speed Steel, which is a surface alloy material with a hardness of up to 67.5 HRC. M2AL is specifically designed to increase cutting tool endurance. They also feature a TiN (Titanium Nitride) Coating, which further increases the tool’s life by increasing surface hardness to 85 HRC while having the added benefit of reducing surface friction by up to 30%. Together, these two features greatly increase the endurance of the cutting edges.
GOLD SERIES Cutters are designed with a universal, Multi-Fit 3/4″ shank featuring two flat sections. This enables GOLD SERIES Cutters to be used with most magnetic base drilling machines.

Fully Ground with Internal Relief – This permits the cutter to produce reamed quality, burr-free holes while also requiring reduced torque and horsepower requirements from the drilling machine
Universal Shank – 3/4″ (19.05 mm) Shank with two flat sections to suit most brands of magnetic drilling machines
